Once you submit your details, your digital card will be ready within 2–3 working days. You’ll receive the digital version by email and the physical card (if applicable) by courier shortly after.
Yes! You get one free edit every quarter. Just reach out to our support team, and we’ll help you update your card.
Your card has a custom URL you can share via WhatsApp, email, or social media. It can also be accessed via QR code or a tap (for NFC-enabled cards).
Yes — it’s web-based and works across all modern devices and browsers, no app needed.
You’ll be notified before your renewal date and can choose to renew your card to keep it live and editable. If not renewed, your card will be deactivated.
